It's Raining Class Actions!! Several Class actions forthcoming. While we do not advertise or act as agents for any law firm or lawyer, nor do we charge for our service, we do seek out lawyers who are willing to review our files of complaints for the purpose of litigation and consumer advocacy.
Our interventions have ranged from interviewing lawyers and firms for actions, providing research, collecting and organizing plaintiffs, providing information from ex-Ricart/PayDays employees, interviewing and forwarding lead plaintiffs, education and/or providing valuable research material. We maintain a collection of legal complaints, AG complaints, and our database of registered complaints against Ricart & Paydays. We also research and collect legal complaints made in other states regarding some of the F & I products Ricart & Paydays sell.
