I am a sales manager at a Ford
dealership in Ohio. While not in Ricart's trade area we do
compete with them in certain market segments. I have been
hearing horror stories about them for the past twenty years
and have had to educate customers concerning fraudulent
practices when the deal seems "too good to be true". I am
amazed at how long they have been getting away with these
practices and the amount of business they do considering
their reputation. This #1 bad apple gives us all a bad name!
Good luck in your endeavors. I hope you are able to bring
about change in their behavior or better yet, get them shut
down.

Ricart panics
about sales manager depo online at ColumbusConsumer! Ricart lawyer
threatens to have public document censored. Claims stealing is a
"trade secret." Wants page 11 down! Sales manager admits
1)Ricart purposely raises
vehicle prices higher to poor people. Same vehicle to to others is
lower price? (Depo page 11).
2) Ricart has hidden
Kickback operation against poor people that results in illegal rate
of interest? Ricart owns both PayDays and the bank (Central Ohio
Credit Corp). If customers finance through Ricart's own bank,
PayDays kickbacks to the bank portion of the deal (Depo page 11).
Ricart bank already charges maximum legal interest plus receives
kickback funds taken from customers by PayDays
operation. Predatory, deceptive unconscionable and illegal! You be
the judge.
3) Everyone who shops at
PayDays automatically charged for bogus "optional" Theft
Insurance that is worth $15 (depo pages 12 & 17). Ricart charges
people up to $2,700 for this fake insurance.
